Atelier V was built on a simple belief: when food, cocktails, and hospitality are given equal care, an ordinary meal becomes something memorable.

Our menu draws from years spent in kitchens across the world. Behind the bar, every cocktail is measured with the same discipline and attention to detail. In the dining room, hospitality is warm, thoughtful, and never performative.

We aren't driven by trends or spectacle. Instead, we devote ourselves to the fundamentals, thoughtful cooking, meticulously crafted cocktails, and hospitality that makes every guest feel genuinely at ease.

Chef Vedant Newatia

Vedant's journey into this industry started with a deep love for flavours and the emotions they create. That curiosity took him across Switzerland, France, the USA, and Chile, working in kitchens that shaped his understanding of discipline, technique, and respect for ingredients. Along the way, his interest in cocktails grew just as strong, leading him to study bartending in Amsterdam.

"The name Atelier V means Vedant's workshop, and that's exactly what this place is. A space to create, learn, and grow, both for me and for the team behind the scenes."

When he came back to Indore, he felt something was missing. Too many places focused on flashy interiors and trends, while food, drinks, and service were treated as secondary. Atelier V is his answer to that.

Yes, convenient parking is available for guests at G7 Satguru Parinay, opposite C21 Mall on AB Road.

Monday and Wednesday to Sunday, 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM. We are closed on Tuesdays.
