Atelier V is the vision of Vedant Newatia, shaped by culinary and bartending training across Switzerland, France, and beyond. His belief is a simple one. Indore deserves a table as ambitious and refined as any in the world, and every plate and every cocktail is built to carry that intent.

Our signature menu is a passport. Twelve cocktails, twelve cities, each drink built around the flavours, ingredients, and stories of a place worth travelling to. No flight required.
Tequila leads, crisp and sun warmed, then jalapeño and salsa cut in with tomato, cilantro and lime. Hot, but never reckless.
Umami tequila meets melted Parmesan, earthy mushroom and a crack of black pepper. It doesn't reinvent Italy, it invites you to sit a little longer.
Mint and cucumber introduce themselves politely, then ginger throws a punch and gin holds it all together. Refreshing, but never boring.
Spiced Big Bull rum hits warm and a little wild, then coconut and banana turn it silky and nostalgic. Loud in flavour, smooth in delivery.
Black garlic gin and yuzu meet, dark and mellow against bright and electric. Sweet, citrusy and umami-forward, the combo that shouldn't work but does.
Gin carries betel leaf like a garden breeze, rum and grenadine bring sunshine, and grapefruit brightens a cinnamon finish. Tropical, but never basic.
Roasted hojicha sets a smoky calm, then pineapple pickle and raw mango arrive sharp and bright. This isn't fusion. It's friction.
Gondhoraj citrus opens floral and bright, gin carries it like silk, then caramelised banana and mango foam float in. Indulgent, but airy.
Vodka carries the chill while butterfly pea gives that alpine river-glow, then passion fruit crashes through, tangy and alive. Cold, clear, electric.
